Fans can leave their name and a message. Tips are processed via Stripe Connect and go straight to your bank account. Tips are free to switch on; eltree takes 10% of each tip (5% on Pro) and Stripe’s card fee applies.

Yes. Every page can run a shop for physical products, digital downloads and services. Buyers pay by card through Stripe, enter their delivery address for physical items, and get downloads by email straight away. You manage orders from the Shop button, and marking an order shipped emails the buyer. Selling is free; eltree takes 10% of the item price (5% on Pro, 0% on Seller), never anything on delivery, plus Stripe’s card fee.

Yes. In your shop, paste the product link and tap Fill in: eltree adds the photo, name and price, and visitors tap Go to store to buy on your store. You can add a discount code, and mark affiliate links so a small note appears under your shop. Amazon products show "See price on Amazon" instead of a price, as Amazon asks. The free plan includes 3 product links; Pro and Seller are unlimited and can group products into collections.

Yes, on eltree Pro. Put your page on yourname.com or a subdomain like links.yourbrand.com. eltree shows the DNS records to add at your registrar and tells you when it is connected. eltree.app/yourname keeps working too.

Pro and Seller users earn 50% of what the people they refer pay for their first 12 months: £1.50 a month for each friend on Pro and £5 for each on Seller, so 2 friends on Pro cover your own Pro plan. There is nothing to sign up for. Anyone who joins from the "Join on eltree" button on your page counts, and your own link is on the Referrals screen. Earnings are held 30 days, then paid into your Stripe account monthly once you have £10. Label posts with your link as an ad.

Create a link-in-bio page and put its single URL into your Instagram bio link field under Edit Profile. The page holds all your links. Instagram does allow a small capped number of links directly in the bio field, but they render as a plain list with no thumbnails and no analytics. There is no export from Linktree, so it is a copy-and-paste job. Open your Linktree page, copy each destination URL, and paste them into eltree — each one becomes a tile with its thumbnail pulled in automatically, so a page of eight to ten links takes a few minutes. Build the new page fully before switching, then change the single URL in each of your social profiles. Your Linktree keeps working until you delete it.

Pages are listed once they are published and carry at least three pieces of content plus either a bio of around twenty characters or two or more linked social profiles. The same threshold decides whether search engines are allowed to index the page. A nearly empty page stays fully public and works normally — it is just kept out of the directory and out of search until there is something on it worth finding.

Yes. Unpublishing the page removes it from search, the sitemap and the directory entirely. Pages that fall below the content threshold are automatically marked noindex. Note that unpublishing is what makes a page private — a published page is public whether or not search engines index it, so do not rely on noindex to hide anything.

No. Every link people add to their page — link rows, content tiles and social icons — is marked rel="nofollow ugc", so it passes no search ranking to the site it points to. Links work exactly the same for visitors. eltree is for sharing your links with your audience, not for building SEO backlinks.

Yes. Go to your editor, update the slug in the Profile step, and republish. Your old URL will no longer work, so update your social media bios with the new link.

Yes. eltree uses Supabase for secure data storage with encryption in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR-compliant data handling practices. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Yes. You can unpublish your page at any time from the editor. To fully delete your account, contact support@eltree.app.
